Aeris Capital Management was formed in 2008 to manage a group of funds to take advantage of inefficiencies within the still developing world commodities markets.

Specifically, Aeris's model is to combine investing in newly developing world green markets(Emissions trading, regional pollution offset credits, renewable energy certificates, etc.) in combination with more traditional energy commodity investment strategies to achieve a portfolio that balances tenor and liquidity. 

In 2012 Aeris participated in early state technology investments in medicine and consumer finance and has been providing seed capital and consulting advice to a wide range of mid stage companies. 

2015 finds Aeris searching for great investment ideas and partners.
